St. Francis of Assisi Council of Catholic Women (SFCCW) is a member of the Atlanta Archdiocese Council of Catholic Women (AACCW) and the National Council of Catholic Women. The purpose of the St. Francis of Assisi Council of Catholic Women (SFCCW) is to support the mission of the parish of St. Francis of Assisi by uniting the women of the parish through religious, social, service, educational and charitable endeavors. All women of the parish are members of SFCCW and are welcome to monthly meetings and other events sponsored by and for the women of the parish. Some of these events sponsored by SFCCW are bake sales, coffee and donuts after the Sunday Masses once a month, spiritual enrichment at meetings, consignment sales whose proceeds provide sponsorship of children’s needs at Christmas, a Christmas party for the children of St. Francis parish and a day long retreat for the women of the parish each year. SFCCW supports all spiritual and social events of the parish that include but not restricted to the parish picnic, bereavement luncheons and other celebrations of the parish. SFCCW meet on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm. All women of the parish are invited!
