High School
This year High School Faith Formation primarily focus on Confirmation Prep - this is a two year bi-monthly Wednesday class. Both year 1 (generally 9th grade) and year 2 (generally 10th grade) will explore a varity of topic through hands on activities, games, and videos. All classes will focus on developing a prayer life, beginning and ending each class in prayer.
Year 1 topics include: The Mass, Sacraments, Saints, and Church history
Year 2 topics include: The Creed, The Beatitudes, Scripture, Morality, Discipleship, and Evangelization
On-going Service Opportunities
- Help with the K-5th grade Faith Formation on alternative Wednesday evenings
- Please provide the Faith Formation office with a good working email to get updates on service opportunities
Required Confirmation Retreats
- Year 1: Sept. 11, 2022 , 2:30pm -5pm
- Year 2: April 16, 2023, 2:30pm - 5pm
Confirmation Mass, May 7th at 3pm (There will be 2 practices, one during the retreat on April 16 at 2:30pm - 3:00pm and one during the last class on May 3 at 6:10pm - 6:30pm - Godparents are welcome to either.)
