The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the process the Church gives us for the formation of adults in the faith. Through RCIA you are able to share your faith journey with others, learn about the Catholic faith, and experience life in the Church community.
Rite of Christian Initiation (RCIA) is program that helps prepare adults for reception of the Sacraments of Initiation (Baptism, Eucharist, and / or Confirmation).
This program is open to non-Catholics and to those Catholics who have not completed the reception of these sacraments.
We also welcome all who are interested in learning more about the Catholic faith.
We welcome you to join us and take the opportunity to come together in a small group to learn more about our Catholic faith.
Each session will focus on the teachings, traditions and experiences of the Church in order to prepare you to celebrate Baptism, Confirmation and Holy Eucharist during the Easter season.
The program begins in August and finishes after Easter. Be sure to watch the bulletin for specific starting dates!
The program meets weekly and includes instruction, discussions and prayer.

The RCIA program begins in August and ends in Pentecost - approximately 9 months. While this may seem like a long time, please remember that this is a journey of faith that not only involves learning the material, but also preparing your heart for a new beginning. The decision to become Catholic is a major decision and should not be something rushed into.
